Moorgate is the city center and the central business district of the city of London. It was a postern in the London wall built by the Romans. In the 15th century was then turned into a gate.The Moorgate was then demolished in 1762. The name lives on as a major street in the city of London. There are historic and contemporary office buildings.On his way to Moorfields , one must past Moorgate which is surrounded by trees. There is a beautiful huge hospital which takes up all the width of the place. Its one of the largest buildings in London.The name of the hospital he passes is called Bethlehem hospital but its nick name is Bedlam. In this hospital there are a bunch of lunatics. Even surrounding the hospital there is a gate that has a statue on either side that represents a chained maniac.Cesar, walking through the hall refers to them as poor creatures and lunatics everywhere. On the second floor of the hospital it is reserved for “dangerous maniacs” being chained to stay down. He says that on holidays the people come and amuse themselves by watching the lunatics.
